At Mishemo International (Pvt) Ltd, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer an easy returns and refund process in line with the following terms.
You may request a return if:
The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
You received the wrong item.
The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.
Items must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery.
We cannot accept returns for:
Opened or used products.
Items not in their original condition or packaging.
Clearance or discounted products (unless damaged on arrival).
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product), we will cover return shipping costs.
